Yeah… I went to the physical therapy appointment and everything was fine.
It still makes me nervous but every time I go it gets better.

So I got the shot in my shoulder. I can tell that it's getting rid of some of the swelling inside but so far it hasn't really done much. My range of motion isn't much better than it was this morning.
I fear that I actually might have torn something in there.
This sucks.
